my name is Sabine and since a bad accident 2 years ago I am having back-problems. I hope I might find some help here. Thanks !

    DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing c-spine c4-c7 RN
  • Thanks for the Welcome. Well, I didn´t get ONE diagnose but - so far - 5 different diagnoses....During the accident a bucking horse crahed me against a cement pole and 5 vertebraes broek. This was treated conservatively - no surgery. And it healed good, I can move everything. My problem is that I am good for ca 5 hours- then I have to lay down for 20 minutes , otherwise I get serious back pain. None of my physicians really seem to have a clue what the reason for this is; it is connected to the accident but nobody really know how.
