  • Thanks for the warm welcome folks, just finished a 12 hour shift so am feeling tired and grumpy ggggrrrrrr. I have to say i feel a bit of a cry baby moaning about by mere back pain compared to some of the things some of you guys have to live with, wow.

    Back soon (mind the pun)

  • You will find this a very friendly place and it is full of information.

Let us know your problems (back or neck) and ask any questions that you may have.

I am another member from the UK :H
    Sunny Sussex for me!
  • Reminds me of Seinfeld...oh wait, that was Newman.

Anyway, welcome to Spine-Health. We do look forward to hearing more about what's happening with your back and the problems you're experiencing - that's what we're all about.

We don't do comparisons here ("My problems aren't as bad as yours"), so no worries there. We each have our own issues as do you. Some worse, some better, but we're all in the same spiney boat and willing to help each other through the journey we all travel, though the roads may be different.

Take care and tell us more about yourself soon.

  • This is often a so popular matter of present year and several men and women have been already affected by it. Nicely, this specific would assist most of the people who need to get most high quality details about this issue and I am 1 of them, thanks for it.
