2 months and a week post op and am feeling pretty good.
Current pain includes:
leg pain that i believe has to do with nerve issue
had some pain in my arms yesterday..that is a first
still being careful with getting out of bed.

hurts when i stretch in bed sometimes in lower back.
MOst back pain appears to be gone.

Hope everyone is doing well.

  • It sounds like you are coming along. Did you start PT yet?

    Good luck,

  • Sounds like you are doing well 10 weeks out. Great that your back pain is pretty well gone.

How long before surgery did you have nerve pain? Hopefully that will ease soon, it can take quite awhile, depending on how long the nerve was compressed before surgery. Are you on any nerve meds? How are you doing with pain meds, have you been able to lower them? I had surgery the same week as you, unfortunately I am still on all my meds plus more.

Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for a full recovery and solid fusion.
