I was never told what I could lift and what I could not. Is there any recommendations on this. At the beginning I did not lift anything heavy but 7 month post op I lift a matress from the floor I felt I could. And also I stop suddenly in my car, bad luck :-(

Well just wondering about any exercise program on lifting things.

They all need to be outlined and approved by your surgeon. Many PT therapist are also in the proper

The key? Listen to what your doctor has prescribed for you.

Any exercise program people from here give are based on their own experiences, being good or bad.
