new to DDD

I am overwelmed and scared I was just diagnosed with DDD how do I cope with it any ideas?

    DDD - Degenerative Disc Disease is probably the most mis understood of all Spinal conditions.
    In reality, DDD, is really the aging of our spine.
    Most people by the time they reach their 30's will show some sign of DDD.
    Some may have it earlier, some more advanced, etc.

    Only the most severe cases of DDD need to be handled via surgery. Other situations can be managed with approved exercise programs and over the counter NSAIDS.

  • thanks i checked it out eased my mind a bit my dr say's i will most likely need surgery not happy i am only in am only 30ish. :O
