Im in no pain at all but still have numbness in both thighs and left foot and leg. Im glad I have no pain but worried about the numbness. How long do you have to ware the back brace. I can walk for along ways with no pain. So Im I doing good are what Thanks Dan

  • That sounds good, Dr will have to tell you how long to wear the brace. Some drs will say only have the brace on for a short time but some feel you should wear it longer,

Just make sure you fuse without screwing it up by over doing things. Hopefuly the numbnes will go away and feeling comes back after nerves calm down and everything heals,

From what i was told walking a lot is fine just dont bend or lift something and cause it not to fuse the right way, You only have 1 shot at fusing nice and solid so there wont be any complications in the future,

    Good luck,
