My wife may need spinal fusion surgery. Are there any less serious surgeries currently in use?

  • Once if its at a point where the disc has to be removed fusion or artificial discreplacement is about all they do sadly. Both are serious surgery,

The only less invasive is when they can save the disc or just take off the part of the disc that might be pressing on a nerve. Or lami to free up the nerve,

What is her condition back or neck? And what is the reason for the fusion?
Flexicore ADR 2004 resulting nerve damage l4l5 Fusion 2006 same level, 2009 hardware removal with lami !
