3 months post 2 level ACDF, the incision site in my neck still feels tight internally, as if someone is pushing their fingers against my neck causing heavy pressure in my throat making me consious of it all the time and its quite uncomfortable, is this normal after this length of time? Externally its still tight too. I have always put Bio oil on it, it doesnt look particularly ugly though it is still a red line and always has a rash around it but it always feels pressurised internally as if its been sewn too tight or somethings not right? I havent had any post op check yet so I havent been able to ask my surgeon.
