New here, sorry bout the length but im kind of at the end of the road here and kinda lost on what to do. I am 18 years old and apparently have the back of a 65 year old. past two years have been rough for me. started with headaches all day everyday for a year which thankfully vanished about 5 months ago. i became a nurse aide and lifting caused me to have a sore back, no big deal. went to the chiropractor about once a month or maybe every other month for an adjustment and all was fine. then i fell down the stairs. ha. just my luck right? needed about 4 adjustments in one week and had a lot of inflammation. that was in july. then college started and i was dealing with a sore back once again and then my parents started realizing i was tired all the time. when i got my own place, my back pain got severly bad one night. saw a chiropractor, my sacrum was shifted over to the right. when i went back in a couple days later for a check up, i had to explain i was still and pain and was still experiencing these upper back spasms. she said i had muscle damage and needed a deep tissue massage. made sense. after an adjustment, i went to work like i normally do. i was in immense pain by the end of the night and wasnt even able to walk when i got home. the pain was in the thoracic reason. literally from the end of my scapula to the end of the ribs on both sides. nothing has helped and i just dont know what to do anymore. im only 18. any one have any ideas?
