Ok its been 2 weeks since ACDF,my progess is woke up from surgrey and had all of my strength back,no more tingling in hands, neck is just sore but I can turn my head all ways, before surgrey I could not even move it.The only draw back is I have some hip pain from the graft site and it is red from the strips,my skin didnt like them.So for the most part it is very good,I had A l5-S1 Fusion in feb 2011 and the neck surgrey is a walk in the park compared to lumbar fusion,I still have lots of dull achey pain in lumbar area and cant bend without hurting,I really hope it goes away so I can get back to work.If im laying or walking no back pain at all until I bend, and the doc says its muscle but I dont beleive him,Im thinking its my hardware but who knows.

  • The only thing im having is my hip is nice and sore from the bone graft, and I started having some left arm pain but other than that I feel so so,on a postive note,no headache so far,and I was getting some good ones.I know with my back I did good for 3 weeks and then Had some pains so i hope my neck doesnt do that. The throat is also healing.
