I wanted to report that it has now been more than 2 years since my 2 level ACDF and I am still completely pain free!. I work 11-12 hours a day driving and loading/unloading trucks.I wanted others here to know that there are success stories to be told as well as failures!. My fusion is good and solid I can repeatedly lift 80-100 pounds all day long!. As far as medications go, I don't take any not even aspirin. Choosing to have my surgery was a wise decision I will never regret making!.

  • That is great news. I had surgery June 29 I still have a little pain but nothing like I did before surgery. I only take tylenol for it.

  • Thanks for coming back to let us know how well you are doing. It is so good to hear these good outcomes.

    Keep enjoying your life :-)

Hope this continues well into your future. So glad to hear stories such as yours. Still though, don't lift more than you have too.

    Best Regards,

  • "My wife is always trying to get rid of me. today she told me to put the garbage out. I said to her I already did. She told me to go and keep an eye on it"

Made me think of a past story.........

Several years ago, I used to walk 5-10 miles a day in the country. DH would drop me off on our way home and then when I got back, he'd say, " I keep dropping her off but she always finds her way home." lol
