Pain after ACDF in April 2011

I was injured on the job and had 3 bulging and 2 herniated disc. I tried PT and finally had surgery C5-7 ACDF in April. during my rehab and PT pain returned. I got new MRI/CT and C4 is still a mild bulging and after seeing a 2nd Neuro he says surgery and fusion and complete and not sure why I having so much pain from a mild bulging C4. I am more than ready to return to work---however I must be able to lift 50lbs.........Help
