I am around 9 months post-op and was told by my physiatrist that I will be one of those people who will need to do exercises for the rest of my life to control the chronic pain in the upper back, shoulders, neck and headaches.

How many of you out there are in the same predicament and found exercises have been helping with reducing pain/spasms? How long did it take you through PT to get your pain controlled? Sorry about all these questions, but my recovery has been a roller coaster ride that I can't get off! The worst part is when I get the migraines and I'm completely out of commission. With 2 young children, I need to find a way to avoid having to lay down.

Anyone still dealing with muscular pain? Would love to hear some stories or encouragement! :)
