Pre-Op Done/Surgery Tomorrow

So I'm just about ready for surgery tomorrow. Had some me time and got a pedicure. I'm impressed by the hospital I'm having surgery at. I'm in the Atlanta area and the hospital only handles Orthopaedic and Spine care. They also have a credo encouraging family to be a part of the recovery so my hubby will be spending the nights with me. I'm not as nervous knowing I am in good hands. I choose faith over fear so I'm looking forward to a positive recovery.

  • Hello,

Definitely wishing for you to have a successful surgery and quick recovery!

  • I hope your surgery and recovery go well. Praying for you to get some relief. Charry

  • You go girl. I have been there and it was similar to what I experienced in the Army right before jumping out of an airplane. You had done everything that you could to prepare; they opened the door and the wind was howling through the plane; time to suck up and buck up; just do it! Laying on that cart getting rolled back to the OR was similar.

Faith and family will provide that extra strength. Be a patient patient.
