Ok its been 11 months since PLIF and I had a ct Scan done and not yet fully fussed,Still have bad pain if I bend at all.The Surgeon is unsure what is causing it,its either muscle or The hardware at L5-S1,and he cant take it out yet.The sad thing is I have not been back to work and in 2 months I loose my seniority and im really down because I thought I would be back to work.Im at a lost and im at the point im going to have to lie and work hurt so I dont loose my seniority so im not fired.I just they knew what is causing this dull ache in my back.As long as im still no pain, but trying to get up is a problem,I have to bend alot where i work so its stopping me and also driving me nuts.So please anyone who has went through this and found out what caused the bad dull ache please post.

  • Since you're unable to work because of the need to bend, you might think about undergoing vocational retraining, in which you'd train for a type of work you're able to do. Many states have programs for that. Best wishes, and keep us posted. >:D< , Ess
