Recovering well...2 weeks postoperative doc apt today with latest xray below. Sore a bit come the end of the day but pressure is off the nerve now. Doc said treadmill every day and don't lift more than 10 to 15 pounds. 6 months all restrictions come off.. doc said if it were his neck...he would not snowmobile or ski again...need to preserve the disks above and below fusion... getting off drugs was weird.. but glad I passed that...all in all going well

    Good that you're doing well and starting to walk on the treadmill.

    Hope your recovery continues to go well and even if you can't ski or snowmobile again, I'm sure you'll find some other sport/s you can enjoy.
