I herniated c6 and c7 in October 2011. The pain was incerdible for three weeks with pain running down my arm. Things have settled down, but I now have neck pain and constatnt headaches. MRI showed the c6 abd c7 herniation, and I hve been in PT since. Has anyone had pain like this? the numbness seems to now in my other arm. I will being the surgeon this month but I am not sure what may be going on.

  • I have C6-C7 herniation and nerve impinging at c6-C7 and I have pain in my left arm, and elbow pain and numbness and get pain on the back of my neck but no headaches. Make sure you get tested for other things like high B/p, uncontrolled pain and find out what's causing the headaches. Check a Dermatome map. Take care. Any numbness should be cheeked out by a Neurologist but hope you're seeing a Neurosurgeon soon. Take care. Charry
