When my pain gets really intense, I get an overwhelming feeling that I need to eat...I have always been a comfort/emotional eater, but this is ridiculous!
Maybe my body thinks it can nourish itself better...
We'll see how that goes! (but I can't really afford any new clothes, so I'l better keep it under control!)

  • I so know how you feel.

I'm an emotional eater, i.e. I eat when I'm happy, sad, depressed, etc., but since my last surgery and the resulting boredom that has set in - I'm eating for England all over again!!!!

Gotta go - left over Christmas chocolate is calling me, ha!

  • Any kind of activity usualy side tracks the need to just eat, And as long as you eat mostly fruit then its all good,

If you eat junk food and compulsive then body just gets more tierd and stressed,

You want something that boosts your body not put you in a coma, lol

  • I'm the same way! when my pain gets bad i eat like crazy. my naturopath explained to me that it was normal that your body is trying to find something to make it feel better.Just try and stick to healthy choices.I don't always do that but i try and do some healthy eating along with the bad stuff, then i don't feel so guilty afterwards. lol
