Hi, I am a new member. I hope to find some answers on here that are bothering me. I have fibro since 1989, Severe DDD cervical and Lumbar spine since 1999. Had a laminctomy last June. Still hurtinf like crazy. Had so many cotisone shoyts they won't give me any more. Have been seeing a pain mangaement dr since 2004. Mine closed down 2 yrs ago so I found one closer to me. Having problems with meds now. will post about meds later on. Good to be here where we all have the same, (almost) problems.

  • Hi there,

Sorry you are still struggling after surgery. You indicate you are seeing a PM doctor but did they re-assess you when you switched?

Anyhow, hopefully folks here can help with similar stories.

Sorry about your problems with your meds.
It's like try and try again. Actually, I'm surprised when they work...It's amazing!

Glad you have a doc closer to you. And I hope doc is patient with you. Hope side effects not too bad and soon you'll find med for better pain control...if that is your issue.

It's good you continue to take care of yourself. There is a search on this site that may help you find past posts that may be informative and helpful to you.
