I am so happy to have found this site. I am Lisamarie, call name, "Tiny Terror," and have been teaching since 2001.

I found this site last year because I woke up one morning in such pain that I could not move. I rolled onto the floor of my bedroom and tried stretching which spurred more pain. Confused, I jumped on the Net and searched Google. This is the first, like, 10 answers I got back.

My Doc told me to let him know of any good sites I find and so I let him know of this one, but never registered. I'm not a talk-to-strangers-online kinda person. I just like to read what other folks post to see if I can learn new stuff.

I have survived the injuries to my spine (middle aged folks need to take breaks while ripping up a house full of bad carpet from a previous owner...who knew?)over the previous year. It has been hard for a person as go-getter as me.

Today I am saying, "Hi! - and looking for how others deal with the boring-ness of post-op spinal fusion...argh!! ~X(
