I've been having pain SI joint for two years from a car hitting the building I was working in. Tomorrow I'm having RFA on left side L3-S1. Then we are moving on to the SI joint. The pain I've been in the low right side of back. I used to walk 5 miles a week and do Zumba 3x week and unable to do any exercise for the past two years. So my pain starts in my SI joint and moves to the hip (bursa sac is popped) and down to the knee. So what exercise does anyone do to help relief the pain and to get moving? Thanks for any info you have for me. I want my life back. Peg
