Finally, a treatment that stopped the muscular back spasms!

Hi All,

I'm 26 years old and for the last 4-5 years have had periodic episodes where my back muscles will simply go into spasm and I'll be more or less inactive for seven days. This will repeat every few weeks. It's frustrating, painful, and demoralizing, as I'm a very active person who likes to be outside.

A doctor finally prescribed me a treatment regimen that is aimed at stopping what he called the "pain-spasm" cycle, and it actually worked.

I just wanted to share with others who might also be going through this. I didn't see the treatment I was prescribed anywhere else, and so posted it in the following website: www.me2many.com

(click on muscular back pain)

Hope this helps!!
