Just wanted to say hi and glad I found this place. I hope to get some new ideas on pain management and hopfully help others with the same issues.

  • Welcome. If you have questions, just provide the details of what the issue is and your questions. I have felt those on the site are quite supportive.

    4 level ACDF C4-C7 5-2-11, laminectomy & discectomy L4-L5 1/26/12, ALIF L4-5, L5-S1 12/10/12.
  • Welcome to this website. You will find this place to be an incredible clearing house of information to learn ideas and share some of your own.

Hope your next post gets into specifics of your pain management issues so that I can hopefully share some things with you that I find helpful.
  • I had fusion surgery 6 years ago. The doctors told me that I have bone spurs and that the disc fused to my spinal cord(c-4). If that wasn't bad enough c-2 is also herniated. I have found that not do tasks overhead help, but there are days that it gets to be too much. I lost my insurance and haven't been to a doctor about it in 3 years. I do what I can to cope.
