I do hope as you, one of our new members become more familiar with our setup and learn to navigate. you also understand some of the roles my team plays here.

By now, I am sure you have heard about Ron, He can praise when praise is deserved, he can scold when that is necessary, he can challenge you, he can support you.

But thats just one part of our team. Tam is there to help weed through so much of the details and always nets it out.
"C", our resident SCS specialist. Trust me, when "C" has something to say, listen.
Cindy (Neck of Steel), our compassionate and understanding one. I can not tell you how many times she has talked to me about a given situation and suggested how it could be handled better. Kelly (Numbskull). A great addition to this team. She can see through the forest and deliver what really needs to be said. Our latest member, Liz, I cant even begin to say all the things she does. Being from a different time zone, she can check on things while the rest of us are asleep.

The main thing, is that this team of Moderators, is here to speak on behalf of the Spine-Health organization and to do all we can to help our members. Without you, being the member, we couldnt do what we need to be doing.. Thank you

  • Hey Team,

I cannot express how much I, as a relatively new member, appreciate ALL of you and the fantastic jobs you ALL do on Spine-health =D> =D> . I am so thankful I found this site, all of the information it offers, but most of all, the great friends it has allowed me to make along the way ... both members and Moderators :D . Thank-YOU for allowing me a place of refuse that DOES understand with what I am dealing every day. Your tiredless efforts do not go un-noticed by this member!

Under House Arrest Without the Ankle Bracelet :-)
The remarks I make are strictly my own based on my personal experiences.
  • The SH team is SUPER!!:applause:

I try to help out by reporting spam and/or inappropriate posts.
I also try to explain to the new members that running sentences for paragraph after paragraph is really heard for many of us to read - hence to help support them. :)
I am sure the team has read many posts where I am explaining this ;)

This is a amazing team!!!! I thank each of you for all you do for all of us :D
L1 - S2 "gone" useless in 1 way or another. DDD. RA. Bone Spurs. Tons of nerve damage/issues. Stenosis. Both knees replaced. 50 yrs old. I had a great fall (hence my user name) at age 41 and it has been a domino effect every since.
  • The Spine Health team is gifted!!! They always know how to be supportive, yet do not get involved in a pity party! It is so helpful that SH team finds the silver lining in every cloud!
    You are appreciated!! Thank you!!!
2007 and 2010 L4-S1 Microdiscectomies; helped for a total of 3 years between the 2 of them.
    08/2011....pain returned.
10/03/2012....back reconstruction L3-S1...large titanium "seperators" were put at each level with synthetic bone graft material.
