Change in Back Pain, could this be a good sign?

I've been seeing a chiropracter.

In the last several weeks I've had thoracic pain, in which a large area of my back felt a constant dull, but severe pain.

After adjusting posture, stopping lifting weights, and going to the chiropracter, that pain has been replaced by a sharp pain when I twist.

Could this be a good sign, that just a little section of my back is hurting now, instead of the whole thing?

Thanks for any input.

    Welcome to the S.H. forums.
Change in pain pattern? Only a spinal specialist could begin to answer that. You should see a Nero or Orthopedic surgeon. For an M.R.I. or C.T.
