I have finally found a neurosurgeon (Head of the department of Neurosurgery at a major hospital in Boston) who has admitted that my neck should have been fixed years ago and is going to perform the surgery I have needed for over a year. What I'm frustrated about is that he can't see me until 7/6 and from what I have herd he books surgeries around 2-3 months out from the surgical consult appointment. I am defiantly not excited I am going to have to put up with the horrible pain and discomfort for a minimum of another 3 months. Has anyone else ran into the same issue of having to wait months on end to be seen by a neurosurgeon? Don't get me wrong I am beyond happy that I finally found a doctor that can help me and all this horrible pain and discomfort will be over eventually I just wish I didn't have such a long wait to see the doctor.
