L5S1 Herniated Disc Surgery

I have a fairly large herniated disc between L5 and S1 and have been researching surgery since I've had pain on and off for over a year and the last relaspe was the worst being unable to sleep, walk, or sit without extreme Sciatica pain shooting down my right leg. I found this place Back Institute out of Beverly Hills California that does a micro surgery, not cutting through muscle or bone to extract the disc material. I was wondering if anyone else has heard of this place or had this surgery from there?
