Hi all I am not understanding my body and I am so frustrated.
How does one like myself handle all that is going on in my spinal cord.
I had multiple neck surgeries that left me with severe arm, shoulder, and neck pain.
Then I had have a lumbar fusion in my L5 S1 in 2007.
Then in 2009 Thoracic pain occurred and I have massive chest pain, and found out T 6. 7. 8. herniated. I live with constant thoracic pain and chest pain my doctors do not seem to worry about it but it is robbing me of a life.
Sorry to get off on that that is another forum.
Anyway I had allot of pain in my Lumbar spine so they removed my hardware and I felt great in the lumbar area for awhile and then boom all the pain is back.
Has anyone experienced that? Did you feel so good in the lumbar area then the pain came back full force? I do not understand it. I cannot lay for long, and I cannot sit for long. It is bad enough with the neck then you add neck. T spine and lumbar it is hard to bear at times I just want to cry.I had nerve root blocks they do no longer work. I have had PT it does not work.
Well now they are talking about putting an spine stem in the lumbar region. I cannot have one in the T spine or the neck. So it will just be lumbar spine.
Do you all think this is a good idea?
I finally see a neurosurgeon next Thursday.
Thanks for any advice you all might have to offer.
