What to do with these work restrictions

I had my 3rd surgery last May, and have been worse ever since. I have numerous lumbar problems. I am on long term disabilty at the moment. They recommended I file for disabilty, and they did it all for me. I had a decision made on April 23, but it got pulled for review so I don't know the answer yet. I am worried to death what to do if I am denied. LTD is trying to get me to work part time, but my job already said they cannot accomadate my restrictions. My restrictions are no more than 3 hours standing, no more 3 hours sitting, no more than 1 hour walking, 5 lb weight limit and change postion as needed. This isn't even an 8 hour a day job. That falls below the disabilty sedatary (ok I know spelled wrong)listing. I know working part time screws up disabilty. Really I couldn't even do these restrictions, but what job can they say I can do? Didn't know if anybody had any ideas. Thanks for your help.
