Anyone familiar with the St. John Method? I'm just starting out at it. I've got neck disk problems.
I wanted to try something different than surgery, because I am hearing zero happy endings when someone has surgery.

  • As you should try everything before surgery, There is nobody in the right mind not to try all things before surgery,

We only go under the knife when we know we spent years doing alternative treatments and anything thats out there to resolve our pain,

Also depends on a persons spine condition if surgery is a must or not, Not everyone needs surgery just because pain has come on for whatever reason,

If you can still manage your pain condition and able to help yourself while working and being active and its not affecting your life so much then you probably dont need surgery,

When life stops all together as we know it will usualy tell most people. Ok time for surgery if dr is recomending it,

So good luck on what ever that john method is or tom method Or Bill method same diference,

There are so many programs out there for spine correction and cure where everyone and there mother has some sort of cure and answer to everyones spine problem,

Especialy when they make big$$$$$$ showing you how to excercise and work the kink out of your neck,

Because of course we cant remember how to excercise and work it out ourself, We need someone to hold our hand and show us how to do it,

I need some 17 or 18 year old who just come out of school to show me how to stretch my legs and arms and work the muscles that i been doing for 35 years,

And beter yet if these teens dont think you making a good enough effort even after multiple surgery and you are work comp, They will actualy write a bad report on your ass that can affect your income and benefits,

Only in America! Where else can a teenager still in dipers have such control over an adult,

Oh sorry i got off subject, St john method, Is that the one you hang upside down smoking a pipe in the nude?
