nearly there, just gathering bits together to make sure i have everything i need.

i know i will be on soft food for a while so am trying to distract myself with "what can i have for dinner tomorrow", any suggestions?

think tomorrow might be a long day, luckily my daughter in law has her 20 week scan of new baby tomorrow so i have that to look forward too. :-)

but i also heard last night that my fav and only uncle is imminently dying, we are just waiting for the final phone call, i feel so useless not able to go and support his family or even my mother. i am usually the one that just does whatever needs doing and i am stuck. :-( i know they will manage, that i am not irreplacable, but wish i could help.

so back to suggestions for last supper.... any ideas?

  • Just have something you enjoy, but don't eat anything real heavy. Yes, the soft foods will be around for several days, but they will graduate you in the hospital from clear liquids to whatever you can tolerate.

    Keeping you in my prayers,
