  • Experience chronic, neck, shoulder, scapula, arm, elbow, finger pain. Arm, finger numbness. Any kind of neck motion sets it off, but especially turning side to side. Also suffer from piriformis syndrome which is severe pain in right buttock, side leg pain, sciatic to foot. Able to do specific piriformis exercises, and neck stretches, but can't walk up stairs, or for any length of time on flat ground. Biking out due to neck problems. Desk work and computer work is becomimg impossible even wth a complete ergonomic set up, regular PT, reduction of overtime. Do not carry even a light purse or anything in the hands. On celebrex. Trying to stay positive but worried I may be on disability in future. Seeing Neurosurgeon June 7th. After MRI, perhaps next step for neck is steroid shot.
