Hi I'm 21 and was cliff jumping about a month ago ..I jumped off a 35 foot cliff and misjudged the distance I needed to jump out and landed on a rock . Fractured my L2 , resulting in a fusion from my t12 to my L3. Surprisingly I have been in no pain and. Was only on pain meds for a week . I guess I got my youth on my side . Hope to hear similar stories

  • I jumped off a bridge and that was about 35 feet....misjudged the distance as i only thought it was 10-15 feet...long story....but yeah i landed on my feet and think the trauma to my back has alot to do with my pain today. (this was 12 years ago).......all i can say is "if i knew then what i know now"!!! I see all these young kids tearing their backs up...it's a shame.
