Hi all,

Wish I had found this site before surgery, but I am happy to find it now.
I live in Naples, Italy, but came back to the US for a C3/4 disc replacement after 6 months nsaids/conservative treatment for a large herniation.

I had surgery on May 21st, and am hoping that I will be able to return to as close to "normal" as possible.

Thanks for allowing me here!
