L5 S1 Slip Desk Surgery

Dear Doctor,

I have been suffering from back and right leg pain almost from since one month. During this period I had approached Orthopaedic surgeon and undergone physiotherapy (i.e. lumbo traction, interferential therapy and ultrasound) and had taken tablet. After taking tablets and physiotherapy nothing has improved my back and leg pain. Finally Orthopaedic surgeon suggested me to take Lumbo MRI scan. Based on doctor suggestion last week I did MRI scanning.
the report says..MILD D12-L1.L1-L2,L2-L3 & L4-L5 DISCS DEGENERATION-L5-S1 DISC PROTRUSION WITH THECAL SAC &BOTH SIDES S1 NERVE ROOT COMPRESSION WITH POSSIBLE ASSOCIATED FIBROSIS (IF CLINICALLY A CHRONIC DISC LESION) -OSTEOARTHRETIC CHANGES OF THE FACET JOINTS OF L5-S1.
On April, I had under gone surgery. Now it’s almost 2 month after my slip desk surgery, my leg pain is still persisting.

I request you to your advice to take my further wayforward.

Thanking you

Regards,
prakash
