Burning pain shooting down the lower front part of the right leg.

hisbeauty4asheshhisbeauty4ashes Posts: 182
Hi friends I have not experienced this kind of thing before out of all my other pains from lots of spinal/neck surgeries now I am experiencing another horrible sharp burning pain in the front part of my right leg below the knee cap down into the foot. I also get allot of like numb tingling feelings in my right foot. It is just horrible, it is almost constant. I will be driving in my car a boom it hits out of no where and stays and does not want to leave. I try to rub it out that does not work. This just started last week.

I am packing and moving now and am driving long hours across the map starting next Tuesday.I am not sure how to handle this.

Any ideas what this could be? Any help would be appreciated.

  • I get similar pains, although not so much at the moment since my facet joint injections 6 weeks ago. Given that I had my injections at l4l5 I assume my pain comes from there. I haven't found much that helps, although the amitriptyline had reduced it pre injections, and I did up the ami post inj cos I still had some leg pain and now it has gone. So maybe ami has helped for me. It's funny how you don't always think of what has worked until you start writing! LOL!!
