    1.Don't cut out all the food you enjoy

    2.Write everything down you eat

    3.Use scales in the kitchen - helps you get accurate details of the calories you have consumed each day

    4.Be honest with yourself

    5.measure alcohol consumed

    6.Don’t ever give up! - change doesn't happen over night, if your committed you WILL see results eventually.
