What exercises can i try other than walking , im putting on weight which adds to the depression ARGHHH

  • Deciding on the appropriate exercise program for you should be done, by some one qualified. Have you had any physical therapy, and they gave you a home program? It also depends on your physical condition and medical diagnoses which exercises would be right for you, although riding a exercise bike, or swimming are typically safe for spine patients. If you don't have those things available to you, you can google programs that give you simple things around your house, that can aide you in exercising. If your not on a walking program google that as well, and you will find several, that are measurable and have goals, such as 10,000 steps.
