About two weeks ago, I got a pain in between my shoulder blades. At first, I thought it was muscular. A few days later, I noticed that I could really tell where it was coming from - my spine!
Since then, new symptoms have developed. Not only does my spine hurt right in between my shoulder blades, but I'm also having chest pain right on my sternum, in between my breasts. Along with rib pain at times, and pain that radiates down my arm. These pains are worse with movement.
I have horrible posture. I sit at a computer for 12-15 hours per day, and it is definitely a big part of why my back hurts so bad. Also having the same problem in my lower back that seems to be causing pains in my legs/upper buttocks.
Anyway, does this sound like thoracic spine problems, or something else? Call me crazy, but I've been worried about my heart for no apparent reason (I have NO symptoms of heart pains, except the chest/arm pain). I'm 27 years old, no health problems.
I also need to say, me and my family were hit by a drunk driver in September 2011. We were hit from behind. We were sitting still, he was going 50-60 miles per hour.
