still struggling with pain at back of head 3months post op

Hi, i havent been on here too much lately, not on the comp a lot at the moment. all my myelopathy symptoms are much the same but i am getting used to them. the pain in the back of my head is another matter, at times i cant even think straight with it, and often get my words muddled because of the pain. is this anyone elses experience?

  • I'm 2 1/2 months post-op. I'm having neck and shoiulder pain, that every once in a while shoot up the back of my head. I started PT this week and have been stretching and doing excercises with heat/ice. It helps. I'm also still on percocet and dilaudid. Petting my dog and listening to music helps, too. Let's all have a pain free weekend.
