Acdf 6-7

Acdf surgery july 23 feel like a million dollars when up and at em but as soon as i lay down on my back or either side hurts pretty bad! Been onlyb2 weeks, hope it gets better sleeping sucks!

  • Two weeks out is nothing!! Just take it easy. Take your pain medications especially at night. I slept slightly propped up with a wedge pillow. I didn't take a lot of pain meds during the day but I sure took them every night. Woke up about every 3.5 hours needing them for about 2 months post op. I had c4-5 fused. I heard people using a wedge pillow can help. Dont overdo it during the day, that can make it worse at night!
