Pelvic Instability, Long Fusion, Possible right SIJ surgery

Hi everyone

I had a long fusion T2-L2 due to scoliosis when I was 16 - am now 36. I had no problems with pain and was able to keep active and weight ok. Got pregnant in 2007 and everything changed. Weight gain and SPD caused pelvic instability which was never manually treated.

Fast forward to now, I am still in agony in my right SIJ and considering surgery. I am really worried I will give myself problems with the remaining unfused portion of my spine. Does anyone have any experience of similar?
