My name is amanda I'm 28 years old I have been suffering with lower chronic back pain since 2008 I have gone to back specialists, physical. Therapist , had drays and Kristina done. When I bad an Mario done they saw I had a minimal. Buldging disk at L4 and L5 but they said it wasn't bad enough for it to be causing me the pain I was having. I went and saw a back specialist and he said it could be a pinched nerve but should go away. I later got worst and saw my family doctor who said it could be sciatica. And ended up putting me in physical. Therapy. Which did not help except for the massage. The therapist. Gave me for 10 mins. I have Mcedicade so overed me to go a short time I later saw a nerve doctor at the hospital and they put pin like needles in my legs that sent electrical. Shock they said my nerves were good. I still kept having the pain but it traveled to my left butte cheek would be there for a few weeks then go away and come back but on the left side then it just kept getting worst. I saw a bone specialist. He said I have sciatica. And a bad pelvic bone joint and that I could get arthritis. Later in life. No treatments still except vicoden and naproxin together as needed for pain. I told them I don't want to take these for the rest of my life they said there was nothing else they could do for me. Now the pain has moves not only in my lower back ad buttock but its in the front of my theighs now and its. Harden to stand up from sitting or laying at times my body goes numb. And almost makes me feel paralised where I can't move because the pain is so intense. I don't know what to do I can't work so I babysit I can't exercise because of how bad the pain is so I've gained a lot of weight and I just feel my life is ending I hate feeling like this any ideas what I can do or whats wrong with me?

  • I can't sleep at night I toss and turn from the pain I'm in. They say if u lay on your back flat its suspost to take the weight off your back and relieve any pain in my case if I lay flat on my back I can't sit up it hurts to bad its like my body won't bend its that bad so I have to roll out of bed onto the floor and try and get up which is difficult cause putting weight on my legs gives me pain and sometimes my leg gives out. I've tryed sleeping with pillows under my legs between my legs but nothing helps me. I can barely walk at times and when I do I limp or drag my leg behind cause putting weight on it makes it hurt more. I don't know why I have this I've never been in sports never ran just started and has gotten worst.
