360 fusion today

Just had a 2 level 360 fusion this morning. Everything went well. 0 back.pain but incredible pain in stomach.

  • Hi, there. I am currently looking into MD's to do my lumbar fusion. The first MD I saw suggested a 360 fusion, so that may be in my very near future. I am terrified with a capital "T." Hoping to hear about your recovery, as I may be in that same position soon. I hope your stomach pain is being managed well! :(

Hey, I hope you have a very quick and as pain free recovery as possible. Seems to be so many having surgeries the past few weeks:( Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing:)

  • Pain is managed much better now with a dilaudid pca pump. Morphine did nothing for me. I am in Albany medical center in ny. My l5/s1 had naturally fused on it's own. Now I have facet screws and cages in thr front.
  • 3 days post surgery, doing better than I ever expected after having such an extensive surgery. I expected much much worse. My pre op leg pain is gone, back is stiff and I can tell that limiting motion will help w pain.
