Hi! 3 months ago I underwent an anterior discectomy with fusion at C5-6 and C6-7. Lately, I've been experiencing a tingling sensation under my right arm that travels, so far, into my elbow; major right shoulder pain. I had an MRI last week and these are the results:
1. Small right posterolateral disc protrusion at C2-3; abuts the right C3 nerve root and causes mild right foraminal stenosis
2. Broad-based central disc protrusion at C3-4; abuts and contours the corn causing mild canal stenosis.
3. Moderate sized central disc protrusion at T3-4; abuts and deforms the cord causing mild canal stenosis.
4. Uncovertebral and facet arthrosis with moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis at C3-4; mild bilateral foraminal stenosis at
I tried to google all of this, but I'm not completely understanding it all. Does this sound like additional surgery to you? I'm trying to get things squared away before the end of the year (since I've met my deductible, out of pocket, etc). I'm not scheduled to see my doctor until next week. Any info will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!!
