By wearing a neckbrace, all body pain is gone.

I have had 9 Lumbar back surgeries and injured my neck on Thursday October 25 2012. Now I have suffered for years with pain. I have a stabilizer collar on my neck and I now have now pain anywhere in my body but where I injured my neck. The kicker is I could not move any extremities until the pressure was released. AM I CRAZY? Or is there actually something to this. I need all of the help and advice that I can get. Thanks in advanced.

  • Not a doctor, they would be able to answer you. To this non-medical spinal patient, this doesn't sound good.

You have had surgeries in your lumbar region so you know about nerves and what happens when they are compressed. In the neck, the spinal cord can be compressed too. So visit a doctor. The spinal cord is easily damaged and is not as resilient as nerves.

    Good luck.
