ILPH Fusion S1, L5,L4 and poss L3 as well.

Hi there, my name is Lindsey, I'm a single mum to four children. I am usually extremely active and have worked as a riding instructor since leaving school. I am mid forties and had hoped to postpone this fusion for another 10 years at least. I see my surgeon tomorrow to talk over my imminent fusion.
Have been putting it off for several years and am now just so tired of the pain and immobility.
Anyone out there back riding horses post fusion??
Know it's a long shot but I'm struggling with the thought of being stuck indoors.
Yours hopefully x
