Pain Pump

Has anyone had a pain pump successfully used for pain in the cervical area. The success stories for the lumbar area are great. I have pain from C 3 to T 1. I have had the pain for five years and have had three surgeries, two anterior and one posterior. The pain seems to get worse every day and am currently on 150 cmg Fentanal. I tried Methadone but I do not tolerate pain meds well. The fentanal is not a way I wish to live. I am running out of ideas here. I have contacted my pain MD and hope to see him soon. I will take some time and introduce myself soon but just not up for it right now. Any advice on the pain pump would be appreciated.
