Newbie to site... unfortunately NOT a newbie to back issues ;)

Hello All!!
First, I hope everyone is having a pain free day!!! Or at least as painless as possible!
Me name is Meg. I had a lower lumbar Laminotomy back in 2007 after about 6 months after a car accident earlier that same year. By the time I had surgery I finally had an amazing team of doctors in NYC and for just about 5 years I was basically back to "normal". Until about 3 months ago I started feeling severe pain and tightness in my lower back and alot of nerve pain and numbness in my left leg. Long story short.... I will need a spinal fusion in the very near future. I hope to learn a lot from this site and maybe even help a few people with the information I've gathered over the past few years!!!!
Stay healthy everyone!! Xoxo
