Upper back pain when running/jumping after cycle accident

Last week I was involved in a bike crash and landed on my face/shoulder.
I had a x-ray before they took my neck brace off so I assume my spine is ok.
However whenever I run or jump it is quite sore across my upper back and I am wondering why and how long it will take to go away.

  • You should check in with your Dr. again as he may want you to take it easy on the running and jumping and give your body a chance to heal and maybe prescribe Physiotherapy or aquatherapy instead as that's what my Dr. orders for me when I've had an injury but your Dr. may order more tests if pain continues and let your Dr. know if you're having any numbness or tingling or any other new symptoms. I use Ice/heat before and after any stretching or with any muscle pain.
I hope you're wearing a helmet with riding the bike. Take care. Charry
